Use our automated system

Use our automated phone system to pay your bill from your checking account, debit card or credit card.

You will need:

  • Your credit/debit card or your checking account and nine-digit bank routing number (see example check)
  • Your PGE account number from the upper right-hand corner of your bill (see example bill)

To pay, call 800-542-8818 and select “Pay by phone.”
